The EVO 3 Competition Intercooler-Kit from Wagner Tuning:
The BMW Competition Intercooler Kit EVO III has the following core dimensions (510mm x 303mm x 180mm / stepped, 20,65L)(20Inch x 11,9Inch x 7,09Inch / stepped, 1260,14Inch³) . The high performance intercooler core provides a 162% larger frontal area och 182% more volume compared to the stock mounted intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size och efficiency, as well as improved the endtank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating och charge cooling properties. We use our award winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core which is made specifically för this application. Constructed of the highest quality Tube Fin intercooler cores med inside turbulators combined med cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD för best possible internal airflow. The stock click connections have been eliminated och increased to a connection diameter of Ø70mm/2,756Inch (för In- och Outlet, so this kit comes med förstärkt silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties och a lot less pressure drop then the stock intercooler. Despite of it´s size the weight of the komplett intercooler is only 13,2kg. This Intercooler Kit is the best choice when it comes to performance gains och low insug temperatures och also the höger thing för racing. Alla of our intercooler use an anti corrosion protective coating med perfect thermal heat dissapating character. Optimal cooling med clearly more power. Kit is ready för installation, 100% perfect fit. Easy installation, only some little adjustments at the plast cooler support are necessary. Alla of our products undergo rigorous quality control.
