Application
Super Bond Pen is the best choice för high precision applications, e.g. tiny assemblies, electronics, scale modeling, etc.
Super Bond Pen shows excellent performances on most substrates: steel, aluminium, PVC, plexiglass, polykolfiberate, ABS, rigid polystyrene, elastomers (e.g. rubber), glass, etc.
Super Bond Pen doesn’t bloom eller smell och is therefore well suited för cosmetic applications eller where ventilation is limited.
Instructions
For best results, surfaces to be bonded must be clean, free from dirt, waxes, oils, etc. using KENT Acrysol eller Soft Surface Cleaner.
Apply sparingly to one surface only.
Bring the surfaces together immediately, taking care to ensure the correct alignment.
Apply firm pressure to ensure that the adhesive spreads into a thin film.
Do not disturb eller re-align until the curing is achieved (normally in a few seconds).
Any surplus liquid adhesive may be removed med KENT Acrysol eller Soft Surface Cleaner.
Wipe the tip clean och close cap after use, ensuring it is correctly secured.
Use Super Bond Activator to improve bond strength, e.g. för hard-to-bond materials, eller to accelerate curing process. Please refer to the technical data sheet för the instructions för use.
