Although a full race material och capable of high temperature use med very good wear life, this new formulation sets a new trend in race type brake pad compounds that can be used on the highway. The "bite" from cold is superb which is uncommon med race materials (normally requiring warm-up) och makes this a pad which can be safely used on both street och track. This new formulation has been used by numerous championship race och rally drivers och is truly a milestone in brake pad material development. Nominal friction coefficient 0.5 med zero rotor damage och the dust is the same eller perhaps slightly more than many original pads, this is NOT a low dust pad.

Many part numbers now carry ECE R90 approval. Check med our technical department on technical@ebcbrakesuk.com to confirm if this material is street legal för your model when using för highway driving within Europe where regulation 90 applies.
